Barbara Wolfe Counselling & Psychotherapy

My personal philosophy about counselling is that its primary purpose is self exploration, awareness and knowledge. The counselling process is a powerful way to get to know yourself. Once you have a deeper sense of who you are, and why, you are able to choose the directions your life will take. You can become someone who makes life happen, rather than someone who life happens to.

Counselling is for EVERYONE!

If you have something specific troubling you, counselling can help.

Consider too, the possibility that counselling can be an important aspect of general self care. Participating in counselling does not mean that you are crazy, weak, or mentally ill.

Call me to schedule an appointment to discuss this if you aren't sure if counselling is for you.

The benefits of counselling are different for each individual. Let's talk about your specific hopes and needs to determine if I am the right person to help you.
